• Letting your cat go outside would be a good source of exercise for your cat. However, you don't have to do this, you could keep your cat indoors.
• If you choose to keep your cat indoors you should play with them daily with suitable cat toys such as fake mice or small balls.
• You could also choose to select a room in your house for your cat with jumping platforms.
• Do not force your cat to do too much exercise and always make sure you give them water to keep them hydrated.
• You do not need to take your cat for a walk everyday or at all but you could if your cat is willing to do so.
